Clemson vs Dartmouth - Collegiate Rugby Championship

In the closest battle of the early games, Dartmouth outlasted Clemson 21-14. Dartmouth got it going with an early try from Jack Braun, and made a conversion to go up 7-0. For the rest of the half, Clemson wore down the Dartmouth defense, and played a style similar to 15s to get a try and conversion at the end of the half to tie the match at sevens. Clemson got to work quickly with a Liam Helstrom try to open the second half, but Dartmouth’s Ollie Englehart was having none of it, and he raced up field off the ensuing kick to tie it up again. A few minutes later, Benji Hannam bolted through the middle to put Dartmouth in the lead for the first time in the second half. They held on to the ball for the remainder of the half and secured victory.
