Indiana vs Kutztown - Collegiate Rugby Championship

Kutztown punched their ticket to the Cup semifinal with a strong 31-12 victory over the Indiana Hoosiers. Indiana opened the scoring with a try from Bryce Campbell. They held the ball in thier end for most of the early moments of this match. Kutztown finally broke through with a beautiful move from Nu’u Aaiva to cross the try line. A conversion would put them up 7-5. They added one more as the half ended thanks to a great pass from Alex Faison-Donahoe to Jonathan Sage to take a 12-5 lead at halftime. Just thirty seconds into the half, Robert Stortz burst through the Indiana lines to put Kutztown up 17-5, but just a few minutes later, Teddy Terezis went on a big run of his own to get the Hoosiers right back in it, only down 17-12. However, Kutztown would have nothing to do with a comeback, as Donahoe burst down the sideline for a try to put Kutztown up by 12. Duke Makina got in the action with a great play along that same sideline. KU never looked back from there.
